Cody Smith is a local performer, director and choreographer. He is the director of the Hempfield Dance Theatre program. He has also directed and choreographed numerous shows for EPAC, the Hempfield Music program, Ephrata HS, Cedar Crest HS, the Cobalt Dance Company, and Rev9 Dance Company. As a performer, he has been in the Radio City Christmas Spectacular in New York for the past 17 years. He has also performed in 8 productions at the Fulton Theatre including: Brigadoon, Hello Dolly!, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, A Chorus Line, Joseph. Cody is a member of Actors’ Equity and the American Guild of Variety Artists.
Becca Goebel is a graduate of Temple University where she received her B.A. in Musical Theater. She is a local performer, director, choreographer, and fitness instructor. She has performed with Emmy Award winning RWS Entertainment Group, and her choreography for the Temple University Marching Band has been viewed on national television. She is a certified Yoga and Zumba Instructor with extensive anatomy training. This provides her the knowledge to make sure her students are getting efficient class content to prevent injury and build strength, endurance, and flexibility. She has trained in multiple styles of tap and jazz, making her teachings versatile and evolving with the business. She has experience teaching people of all ages, and experience working with children on the spectrum.
Samantha Hewes Cramer – born and raised in Lancaster Pa, Samm has had many opportunities to explore the industry and express herself through dance all over the world. From working on national tours, such as High School Musical, HSM2, and Memphis, to performing at regional theaters in Chicago, 42nd Street, Seven Brides for Seven Brothers and Cats and cruising the high seas with Stilletto Entertainment and NCL she has been singing, dancing and creating her way through life and has no plans of ever stopping. She has been a director and choreographer for the Fulton Theater, Prather Productions, Warwick High school, Reynolds Middle school and recently Lancaster Bible College and loves having the opportunity to plant the seed of passion for arts to those who can’t live with out them. Samm began dancing at the age of 3 and continues to move her body in every new stage of life. She is passionate about building dancers and performers to understand their bodies and what they need for longevity in the industry. Strength, flexibility, coordination, agility, stability, creativity and mindset are examples of Samm’s footprint in the dance world.
Katelyn Coryell is a Lancaster-based educator, creator, and performer. After receiving her BFA in Musical Theater from The University of the Arts in Philadelphia, Katelyn moved back to Lancaster and began to teach, and perform. Katelyn is a faculty member at Viktor Yeliohin’s International Ballet Academy where she teaches ballet, modern, contemporary, tap, and jazz, and choreographs for both the Junior and Senior Dance Companies. Katelyn has also choreographed multiple solos for students participating in talent showcases and competitions around the country. She regularly works with students aged 3-18 striving to provide a nurturing educational environment that encourages personal growth, as well as technical growth. Other relevant education experience includes choreographing Seussical Kids! (CPA 2021), camp staff for Legally Blonde Jr. (CPA 2021) and Sister Act Jr. (CPS 2020), working as a Teaching Artist through Gretna Theater, teaching summer dance masterclasses through Servant Stage, and being a member of the creative team for several of Servant Stage Company’s Youth Camps & Shows (Don’t Rock the Jukebox (2020-21), Frozen JR. (2020), Once on this Island (2019)). When not dancing, Katelyn can be found working in Development for Creative Pursuits Academy!
